About Bamboo Weave Matting, you should know there are 2 kinds of Babmoo Weaving Matting , both mainly different from Bamboo Strip Processing.
1.Bamboo Sawali Weave Matting, which the bamboo strip completely open cut by hand. And then use the bamboo trip to weave to matting by hand also, so it is totally hand ¨Cmake matting. Like belowing iamge.
2.Bamboo Veneer Weaving Matting , which the bamboo strip produced by machine, we open cut the think veneer from bamboo lumber by slicer machine , and then open the thin veneers to bamboo strips, and then weave the bamboo strips to matting by hand or by machine mixed.

1.Bamboo Sawali Matting, the regular size are:
Strip width 2mm, thickness 0.1mm, the sheet size is 500mm length x 2440mm width x 0.25 thick.
Strip width 3mm, thickness 0.15mm, the sheet size is 1220 x 2440 x 0.35mm.
Strip width 3mm, thickness 0.25mm, t he sheet size is 1220 x 2440 x 0.9mm. ( by 3 weaving layers)
Strip width 4.5mm to 5.5mm, thickness 0.3-0.5mm, the sheet size is 1220 x 2440 x 0.6-10mm.
Strip width 7mm to 15mm, sheet size is 300-1220mm x 1000-2440mm.
Most popular size in stock is 1000 x 2000 x0. 8mm, and 1200 x 1900 x 0.8mm.
2.Bamboo Veneer Matting, the regular size is:
Strip width is 15mm , 20mm and 30mm . Sheet size is 1220 x 2440 x 0.6mm.
